Our History
Established in 1947, the Peshawar Bar Association has played a vital and responsible role in the administration of justice. From its early years, the Bar has stood at the forefront of defending constitutional values, accountability within the legal profession, and respect for the judiciary.
Our Mission
To uphold the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, strengthen the rule of law, and promote justice through an independent, ethical, and professionally excellent legal community committed to democratic values and public service.
Our Vision
To be a leading bar association that safeguards judicial independence, commands public trust, and serves as a strong guardian of justice, constitutional supremacy, and democratic principles in Pakistan.
About Us
Established in 1947, Peshawar Bar Association has a sensitive and committed role to play in the administration of justice. The Bar judges the Judges and the Bar itself through an efficient networking of its members. No doubt, it has to be in the vanguard for upholding the democratic values that our Constitution stands and provides for.
In this regard, Peshawar Bar Association has a unique position that has no domestic parallel. It serves the public and the profession by helping ensure respect for the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, secure rule of law, propagates justice and promote professional excellence.
